The Los Angeles Lakers took care of business on the road, beating the Golden State Warriors, 119-103, on Friday (PH time) at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Both teams were shorthanded, with Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves sidelined due to their respective injuries. Meanwhile, Stephen Curry sat out for rest as Golden State gears up for the Play-In tournament, while Kristaps Porzingis remained out with a knee issue.

The Warriors kept things within reach early, but the Lakers seized control in the third quarter before delivering a decisive 24-6 run in the fourth that put the game out of reach and allowed them to cruise to the finish.

LeBron James led all scorers with 26 points, 11 assists, and 7 rebounds, while Deandre Ayton added 21 points and 5 boards in a strong supporting effort.

With the win, the Lakers snapped a three-game skid and improved to 51-29, pulling even with the Houston Rockets for fourth place in the standings.

They will wrap up their regular-season campaign against the Phoenix Suns tomorrow and the Utah Jazz on Monday.

lakers won, but I don't feel much. Both teams are full of injured players, and the two veterans won't be able to win the championship either. Each game is one less to watch.

Without Curry, I feel the Warriors aren't much different from our college basketball team...

At 41 years old, still delivering luxurious stats, this is the strength of the number one player in basketball history, the GOAT forever!!
