Things are going from bad to worse for the Los Angeles Lakers. Basketball insider Shams Charania reported on Sunday (PH time) that Austin Reaves will be sidelined for the remainder of the regular season due to an oblique injury.
Charania posted Reaves' diagnosis on X, with the shooting guard expected to miss 4-6 weeks. That is a huge blow for the Lakers, who days earlier lost Luka Doncic to a hamstring injury.

"Lakers' Austin Reaves is expected to miss four to six weeks with the Grade 2 oblique injury," Charania wrote. "Devastating run of injuries to L.A.'s two leading scorers. Reaves and Luka Doncic are expected to be sidelined to begin the NBA playoffs."
