Alas Pilipinas loses 2nd set 25-18 against South Korea in the 2026 Asian Volleyball Confederation Women's Cup Tuesday, June 9 at Candon City Arena, Ilocos Sur.

Kang Sohwi continued to deliver for the squad with an all-around game of seven points in the second set with Lee Ju-ah finding her spark in the match with nine.

Kyle Negrito scored a crucial back-to-back services aces to tie the game to 11 but South Koreans took the lead back and easily pulled away.

The set ended with back-to-back service errors from both teams.
