The Philippines will be well-represented in the 2026 NBA Finals, with Filipino-American stars Dylan Harper and Jordan Clarkson set to take center stage in the championship series between the San Antonio Spurs and the New York Knicks.
With Game 1 set to start in less than 24 hours, Alta Sports takes an in-depth look at Harper and Clarkson's numbers in the 2026 NBA Playoffs ahead of their much-anticipated clash.
Scoring
Harper has been a revelation for the Spurs in his rookie season, posting outstanding offensive numbers in his first-ever playoff run. He is averaging 13.1 points through 18 games in the postseason, shooting 52.5% from the field during that stretch.
Harper has scored in double figures 12 times in this year's playoffs, including a 27-point performance against Portland in Game 3 of their first-round series. He also dazzled in the Western Conference Finals against Oklahoma City, averaging 12.0 points in the seven-game series.
Clarkson, on the other hand, has been a crucial piece off the bench for New York, averaging 5.4 points through 14 games in this year's playoffs.
He had his best offensive showing in Game 5 of the first-round series against Atlanta, dropping 9 points on 3-of-7 shooting in the Knicks' 126-97 victory.

Rebounding
Harper also has been solid with his rebounding in this year's playoffs, averaging 5.3 boards per game. He reached double figures in that department three times this postseason, nabbing 10 boards in Game 3 vs Portland, collecting 10 rebounds in Game 5 vs Minnesota, and hauling 11 boards in Game 1 vs OKC.
Clarkson, on the other hand, is averaging 1.8 rebounds through 14 playoff games for the Knicks.

Assists
The Spurs have also relied on Harper's playmaking in this playoff run, with the rookie averaging 2.6 assists per game this postseason.
He has the edge on Clarkson, who is averaging just 0.7 assists per game in the playoffs.

Defensive stats
Harper has impressed fans with his stellar play on the defensive end, averaging 1.1 steals and 0.2 blocks per game for the Spurs in the playoffs.
Clarkson is far behind in these statistical categories, with the New York guard collecting just three steals and one block across 14 playoff games.
