The Detroit Pistons headed into the halftime break with a 59-46 lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference Semifinals series on Wednesday (PH time) at Little Caesars Arena.
Cade Cunningham and Tobias Harris led the Pistons' attack, scoring 14 and 10 points, respectively. Donovan Mitchell paced Cleveland's offense with 14 markers.
The Pistons got off to a scorching start, building a 37-21 lead after the first quarter. They maintained that double-digit advantage in the second quarter as they entered the break with a 13-point lead.
