CANDON, Ilocos Sur – Team Power outlasted Team Passion in four sets, 25-18, 25-18, 21-25, 25-23, to clinch the Spikers’ Turf exhibition match in the 2026 Volleyball All-Star Showcase on Friday at the Candon City Arena.
Behind team captain and All-Star Game Most Valuable Player Noel Kampton, Team Power controlled the opening sets using the Premier Ball and steady offensive execution to keep Team Passion on the back foot.

Team Passion, however, fought back in the third set behind Poy Colinares, Jau Umandal, Mark Calado, and Jared Schnake to stay alive, before Team Power regained composure in the fourth.
Team Passion pushed for a fifth set after Alche Gupiteo tied it at 21-all, but Kim Malabunga and JM Ronquillo answered with consecutive hits to put Team Power ahead, 23-21.
Jay Rack De La Noche kept Team Passion in it with a sharp attack, but Ronquillo again came through with a block touch to bring them to match point, 24-22.

Nas Gwaza briefly extended the game with a quick hit, before Kampton closed it out with a cross-court kill and added some playful banter after crossing over to the opposing side.
Kampton finished with 14 points to lead Team Power, which took home the P100,000 prize for the win.
Ronquillo added nine points, while Jude Garcia and Lloyd Josafat chipped in eight points apiece in the win.
Meanwhile, Team Passion, who settled for the consolation P50,000, was led by Mark Calado with 16 points on 14 attacks and two kill blocks.
Poy Colinares and De La Noche tallied nine and eight markers, respectively, in a losing effort.
