Durant's Game 6 Status: Doubtful but Unlikely to Play image

Tomorrow, the Houston Rockets will host the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 6 of their playoff series. Today, the Rockets officially upgraded the game status of star forward Kevin Durant from OUT to DOUBTFUL.

However, according to ESPN insider Shams Charania, who reported on a program earlier, Durant is expected to continue missing Game 6 due to a left ankle sprain with bone bruising.

Another basketball reporter, Brett Siegel, also wrote on X: "Durant isn't expected to play, but he has not officially been ruled out quite yet."

The Lakers currently hold a 3-2 series lead over the Rockets.

LeBron's strict old father
If Durant makes a comeback, LeBron and the Lakers might just create a humiliating piece of history, becoming the first team in NBA history to be eliminated after leading 3-0...

Durant might as well just rest. If he makes it to the next round, he'll face the Thunder; if not, he should just focus on preparing for the next season.
