The Cleveland Cavaliers moved to within a victory of securing a spot in the Eastern Conference Semifinals after they defeated the Toronto Raptors 125-120 in Game 5 of their first-round series on Thursday (PH time) at Rocket Arena.
Evan Mobley scored 23 points and grabbed 9 rebounds for the Cavs, who grabbed a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series. James Harden matched Mobley's offensive production, dropping 23 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists in 40 minutes of action.

RJ Barrett scored a game-high 25 points and collected 12 boards for the Raptors, who started off strongly, building a 74-67 lead after the first half. Ja'Kobe Walter powered Toronto's hot start, scoring 17 of his 20 points during that period.
The Cavs came storming back, though, against the shorthanded Raptors, who missed the services of Brandon Ingram in the second half after he suffered a heel injury in Game 5.

Cleveland outscored Toronto 33-29 in the third quarter to cut the deficit to three points entering the final period. The Cavs then pulled away in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Raptors 25-17 to seal the come-from-behind win.
