The Philadelphia 76ers headed into the halftime break with a 59-55 lead over the Orlando in their NBA Play-In Tournament Game on Thursday (PH time) at Xfinity Mobile Arena.
Tyrese Maxey led the scoring for No. 7 seed Philadelphia, dropping 16 points in 19 minutes of action. Paul George and Kelly Oubre Jr. added 11 points apiece for the Sixers, who were without star center Joel Embiid due to appendicitis.

Desmond Bane powered Orlando's offense in the first half with a team-high 19 points, while Paolo Banchero also contributed with 13 markers.
The winner of this contest will advance to the Eastern Conference Playoffs as the No. 7 seed and will face the Boston Celtics in the first round.
