Miami Heat president Pat Riley is expected to aggressively pursue Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo during the upcoming offseason, according to Shams Charania.
Charania made the statement on his appearance on NBA Today, saying: "Pat Riley wants his whale, his shark, his tiger. The Miami Heat are expected to be in the hunt again for Giannis Antetokounmpo this offseason or whatever star they can find that they believe can be that number one guy."
This season, Antetokounmpo appeared in just 36 games for the Bucks, averaging 27.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game. Milwaukee finished with a 32-50 record and failed to make the playoffs.
