Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC) has released the bout lineup for the launch of URCC Fight Club on Wednesday at the G-Side Night Club in Quezon City.
The card is headlined by an unconventional main event featuring South Korea’s Seo Deokjin against Filipino stalwart Henry Anduque.
Neither competitor has an established professional mixed martial arts (MMA) record, and the bout carries no specified weight class based on the promotional poster.
Information on Seo’s background remains limited, with no clear competitive history available online.
In contrast, Anduque is reported to have competed three times under amateur rules at Dynasty Fight Club, a short-lived combat sports concept held in Baclaran, Parañaque in 2024. The promotion staged nightly bouts across multiple disciplines before ceasing operations in June of that year.
The event will also feature eight additional contests, including the return of the 3 vs. 3 format that URCC first introduced in 2016.
While URCC has yet to fully outline the structure of its Fight Club concept, early promotional material indicates a focus on grassroots competition.
The initiative appears designed to provide a platform for emerging athletes seeking exposure in the local scene.
Founded by Alvin Aguilar, URCC has played a significant role in Philippine MMA.
The organization helped launch the careers of notable fighters such as Eduard Folayang, Kevin Belingon, and Honorio Banario, all of whom went on to become world champions in ONE Championship.
