Filipino Pro Wrestling (FPW) is set to hold its latest event, “Pagsubok sa QC,” on Sunday at the FPW Secret Base in Quezon City.
The show takes place on the same date as another independent wrestling card, with the venue located around seven kilometers away from Brawl Pit Bulusan, where DXC: Dito Naman is scheduled.
This highlights a busy day for the local scene as multiple promotions present live action across the metro.
Headlining the card is Ralph Imabayashi, who will defend the FPW Metro Manila Championship against Jan Evander.
The title bout places the spotlight on two competitors aiming to establish themselves further within the promotion’s ranks.
Another key matchup features Quarto, who begins his path back following his loss of the FPW Championship to Kushida last March.
He is set to face Thiago Santiago in a contest that could shape his standing moving forward.
The event also features several matches on the card.
Kimmy Larue meets Roxy Reeves, while Zabos squares off against Jeffrey.
Rio Rufino is scheduled to face Penny Haze, and Joshua Ellevistah takes on AB3. In another bout, Kid Kwago clashes with Jason Rex.
With a full lineup and a new event concept, FPW aims to deliver a competitive showcase for its roster while contributing to an active weekend for professional wrestling in the Philippines.
