San Miguel has made its import change by bringing in Justin Patton in place of Marcus Lee.
The Beermen activated the 7-foot-1 Patton just in time for Tuesday's contest against Macau Black Knights.
Lee was replaced following San Miguel's second defeat in three games of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) 50 Commissioner's Cup against TNT, 118-92, last Saturday.
Lee actually had a solid showing with 30 points and 14 rebounds against the Bol Bol-led TNT but SMB decided to go on a different direction.
Patton has NBA experience with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers, and Houston Rockets from 2017 to 2021 although he also spent time in the G League during that span.
